A simple, repeatable four-phase protocol that blends physiology (heat, blood flow, neural drive) with 3-Dimensional movement patterns (rotation + anti-rotation). The result: immediate readiness and compounding long-term gains in coordination, elastic recoil, and force transfer.

Option A: 1.0 kg + 1.5 kg — ideal for learning patterns, higher tempo, and tissue-friendly prep. Includes two pairs of Hand Loops.

Option C: 1.5 kg + 2.0 kg — adds intent and control without jumping straight to heavy leverage. Adds more stimuli with the heavier micro loaded STIXITS and more leverage and inertia. Includes two pairs of Hand Loops.

How to use R.A.M.P. in practice:
